Missed XC
We drove the rest of the way home today while I watching Return to Witch Mountain and then reading the last Harry Potter book. Now that I'm home I'm busy as a bee. I haven't had internet access for two weeks resulting in having 52 emails, 20 as i was replying, 20 alloy posts, my neopet dying of starvation (they can't die), and 7 alloy messages just from Cassie! I'm also two weeks behind on pposting this blog. Although, I have been attempting to write them down in a notebook. As you can see, it's gonna take me a while to catch up. I'm posting for today first before the days i missed so you will understand. I really ought to get to my summer reading. Hmmmm... this weekend i guess.

Championships was okay. Really looooooooooong and I didn't do as good as I hoped but still worthwhile. A lot of my friends were
These are the races I did:
#33 200 Medley Relay (I did backstroke so I was the first one to swim in mt relay)
#53 50 Free
#71 100 Back (my best race-backstroke is my best stroke and surprisingly just as fast as my free stroke LOL)
#83 200 Free Relay (I was the third one swimming)
I don't know how I did yet but I'll find out what places I got in all my races tomorrow at the awards banquet. The awards banquet is where every that swam comes and they call our names one by one , read what we won at Championships (if anything), then we shake hands. We eat some ice cream and then all go to open swim for free. I don't think I got any medals (1st-6th place) but I must have gotten some ribbons (7th-12th place).
BTW right when I got home the electricity went out.Although, we still ate because we have a gas stove instead of electric. My dad cooked Japanese it was ...interesting and different.

XC 7:30-9:00
Today we finally got to doing 8 minute abs after running. Some of the kids didn't do they cuz they have Swimming Championships tomorrow but I did them anyways. Jessica and Kim came over my house right after XC. We talked and kicked Kim's new pink soccer ball at Jessica to start w/ and then we had a snack of cookies. For the rest of the day we danced. First we found a song we all liked and then we started making it up. Me and Kim made it all up cuz Jessica didn't want to come in until the middle. I even wore a costume. It was a really pretty white Ballet outfit. The kind that they use for performances. Both of my friends were like you should wear that when you get married. I prolly would except for the tutu part I would make into a flowing skirt cuz it's not weddingish. Later we went to my old house to go in the pool but when we got there Jessica and Kim didn't want to swim. So me and my sister Katherine swam for a little bit then got out and played w/ my friends. Jessica and Kim left at about 2:30 cuz Jessica was getting new glasses.

Swim Practice 4:30- 6:00
In XC we bush-wacked it was fun. We almost got lost cuz we weren't following the trails.Then we had to jump the fence and my shoes were all wet so when i go tto the top i slipped and sat on the pointy top of the metal fence. It hurt! While we were lost we did this game called "One Thing You Didn't Know About Me". It was funny and of course Megan (L.) had a good one in mind. Can you think of anything you know about me that no one else knows? Later in the day, I went to swim practice. The work-out was the easiest one I've ever done so we finished a half hour early. Russ didn't know what to do with us so we did flip turns and starts for 15 minutes. I did about 20 flip turns. We got out 15 minutes early and I had decided to take a shower at home for the 1st time so I just chatted with my 7th grade swim buddies until Katherine finally finished swimming.
My dad randomly cooked Russian food tonight. It wasn't good or bad, it was just a different kind of taste.
